Reservations and Direct Benefits
Why is it better to book on this, the hotel's official website?
By booking directly on this website, you will get the best available rates with taxes included. Additionally, we issue tax invoices and you will have direct communication with us.
Can I book through other websites?
Of course, you only need to review and read the policies of each site as they are different. Make sure the prices include taxes and keep in mind that many are foreign companies that do not issue Mexican tax invoices.
Location and Arrival (Check-in and Check-out)
Where is the hotel located?
We are located just 3 kilometers from Mérida International Airport, on the main Aviación avenue, and just 10 minutes from the historic center of Mérida.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have two free parking lots for our guests within the hotel.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Room access time (check-in) is at 3:00 pm and departure (check-out) is at 12:00 pm.
What happens if I arrive before check-in time or wish to leave after check-out?
We offer complimentary luggage storage service. Additionally, you can enjoy our common areas such as the pool, lounge chairs, hammock area, and the restaurant/bar.
Can I enter my room before 3:00 pm (early check-in)?
Early room access between 5:00 am and 11:00 am has an additional cost of $500.00 MXN and is subject to availability (service not guaranteed). After 11:00 am, if the room is available, we will provide it at no extra cost.
Can I request a later checkout (late check-out)?
The late checkout option has an additional cost of $500.00 MXN and allows you to keep the room until 5:00 pm. This service is subject to hotel availability (service not guaranteed).

Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all hotel rooms have individual air conditioning, television, and private bathroom.
Are there King Size bed rooms?
Yes, our Master Suite category features a comfortable King Size bed.
Do you have rooms with a mini bar?
Premium category rooms and Master Suites include a mini bar in the room.
Are cribs available for babies?
The hotel has cribs at no extra cost. They can be requested at the time of check-in; however, they are subject to availability.
Do you have free Wi-Fi?
We offer high-speed Wi-Fi connection in both the rooms and all common areas.
Do you have a restaurant?
Yes, we have restaurant service Monday through Sunday from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. You can view the menu by clicking here
Do you have a pool?
The hotel has a pool and children's splash pool, open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Do you offer special rates for groups?

Do you have spaces for social or corporate events?
The hotel has 3 halls ideal for social or corporate events with capacities from 15 to 250 people, and a beautiful event garden for up to 500 people. You can request a quote by calling 999.930.0390 option 2 or by email at banquetes@hacienda-inn.com.
Rules and Coexistence
Do you accept pets?
For the comfort and respect of our guests, we do not accept pets.
Can you smoke in the hotel?
Hotel Hacienda Inn is a 100% smoke-free space. Smoking guests may only smoke outside common facilities, in the designated parking area.
Do you have special rules for pool use?
To enter the pool, it is mandatory to wear appropriate swimwear. For hygiene reasons, access is not permitted with clothing such as cotton t-shirts, blouses, jeans, or other garments that do not comply with established rules.
Can I bring outside food and beverages into the hotel?
You may consume outside food or beverages in the hotel only within the privacy of your room. In common areas, pool, restaurant, and public spaces, it is prohibited to bring in and consume products not offered by the hotel.
